Lavender also increases relaxation making it the perfect aid to help alleviate head tension.* Steep 1– 2 teaspoons / cup in your tea pot of hot boiling water. Or simply add 1 teaspoon per cup into your coffee filter in your coffee machine and brew as you would to make a cup!
How to Use Lavender Tea:
Percolate just like your would coffee.
Add 1 tbsp per 2 cups of water to filter.
Run machine.
Or, try adding 1 tsp of tea into an infuser and immerse into boiling water until desired strength of tea is obtained.
Sweeten as desired with eSutras sugars, stevia, jaggery or agave.

Leaf to Water Ratio: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces
Steep Time: 5 minutes
