Requests for expedited shipping services are handled the same business day, provided the order is received before noon (CST). Orders received after noon will be processed the next business day. The rates on these expedited services are based on weight of the order; standard shipping rates do not apply. The cost for these services will be verified on the second page of the checkout form, before your credit card number is entered or charged. We always provide you with tracking numbers, so you can easily locate your shipments!
We ship internationally, to most countries via the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges shown on the website are available within the continental United States only. You will be emailed - within one business day - a confirmation of your actual international shipping charges. Your credit card will not be charged until you have confirmed your shipping costs.
Due to increased restrictions by the Federal Aviation Association (FAA), we are not able to ship Class 3 flammable or combustible substances through USPS Priority Mail. These products include all Essential Oils, Extracts, Bitters, Elixirs, Tonics and Syrups.
Expedited shipping orders will include a natural material. This will be 100% pure corn gluten (a very pure natural absorbant obtained from US corn) or Vermiculite. Vermiculite is a volcanic ash based product is included with all oil or alcohol products to ensure if a package were to be damaged in transit the liquid would be absorbed. If at any time you would like a MSDS for this material, please contact us at customer service. Prior to charging your credit card, we will change the shipping method from USPS to either FedEx or UPS. If you have selected USPS to a PO Box, Canada, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam address, the *HM* item(s) will be removed from your order.
