  • 2 packages (8 oz) - Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup - eSutras Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon - Vanilla
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 box - Vanilla Wafers
  • Cherry Pie Filling



  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and eggs.
  • Line a muffin tin with foil cups.
  • Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of muffin cup. Add cream cheese mixture until about half full.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Top with cherry pie filling.
