Our uniquely blended our oils have a high concentration of monounsaturated fats, being rich in olive oil, sesame and virgin sunflower seed oil. Since this oil also combines corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, soy oil and palm oil you can even use this blend to fry foods as they have a higher smoke point than normal vegetable oil. Benefits of unsaturated fats include a great source of the healthy fats to contribute to our energy and act as excellent lubricants, lubing up our digestive track and providing protective insulation to our organs as well as allowing for the absorption of fat–soluble vitamins: A, D, E and K.
