Dill Seed has been used to in brewing ,cooking and pickling from ancient times. Dill seed is used as a spice, with a flavor somewhat similar to caraway but also resembling that of fresh or dried dill weed.

Dill seeds were traditionally used to soothe the stomach after meals.

The robust flavor it adds to soups and pickles has made it a choice spice in almost all types of cuisine. Our dill seeds are organically grown, shade dried and are not irradiated. They can be grown! They also combine well with mustard and coriander.
