Homemade Apple Butter

Apple Butter



  1. Peel, core and chop apples. Combine with apple cider in stock pot and cook until apples are soft.
  2. Put apple mixture in a food processor and blend until smooth smooth.
  3. Return to pot and boil until mixture becomes thick.
  4. Add sugar and spices.
  5. Continue to boil until there is no more liquid.
    6. Pour while hot into sterilized jars and seal.
