Our Organic Amazon Cocoa Powder comes from carefully harvested ad dried Criollo cocoa beans. Grown solely in the Amazon highlands of Ecuador and in Peru “Arriba” is a special cocoa varietal with a perfumed floral scent. Its flavor is smooth, with a dominant floral note and nutty after-tones.
