Tsire Spice Mix is a sweet, spicy, warming and aromatic blend of roasted nuts and seeds. Used in traditional West African cuisine, where spices aren't as prominent compared to North African cuisine. Cooks commonly use spices and herbs like ginger, coriander, and thyme sparingly, but in a way that always compliments the meal.
