Mustard Seeds , Organic

A pungent, bitter seed, organic mustard seeds are shade dried and great for making yellow and stone ground mustard. Delicious added to lentil, barbeque, and stir–fry dishes.  These hot seeds are commonly used for Indian cuisine. Brown mustard is hot and pungent. The seeds are combined with cumin seeds and fried in oil until they pop. Then, they're added to various vegetable dishes and curries.
